Eligibility

• Refunds may be considered if credits were not delivered after a successful charge.
• Refunds are not provided for credits already consumed to generate content.
• Duplicate charges due to payment processor error will be reviewed and refunded where verified.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated, access to associated credits may be suspended pending investigation.
